Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to make sure to fill out all forms to ensure that your service's time will not be shorten. If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment (the pressure, the music or the aroma therapy), please feel free to let your therapist know as they will be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments.

Please feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. You may be asked to remove certain clothing, but the most important thing is that you are comfortable. We do not recommend that you bring any valuable items with you to our spa. We are not responsible for any lost items. However, if you do bring it, we recommend that you remove any jewelry on your body. Our therapists will keep your body draped in massage table sheets and only expose each area being treated.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your spa reservation's time to check in, fill out our intake form, allow yourself to change unwind. If you arrive late, your total reservation price will not be prorated, and your time will be shortened. Our therapists need to prepare for the next booked service. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to the reserved time, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation and the fee is 100% of the service cost.

All junior treatments must to be approved by the Spa Manager. Upon approval, minors under the age of 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult. Minors ages 16 to 18 years of age, may can have treatments without an adult, but the adult must sign a consent form.

Please indicate this information on the scheduling form if you have any health concerns when making your booking. Please feel free to share if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you suffer from any medical conditions, injuries and allergies or if you have any special requests as some treatments may not be safe or suitable to be carried out.

Our spa is still following and adhering to CDC and local health agencies' guidelines closely. We will also make any necessary adjustments according to health professionals to ensure everyone's health and well-being is safe while being at our spa.
Please inform us if you or anyone around you have had or is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or other illness. We will gladly reschedule your appointment. No refunds will be issued.

Regardless of vaccination status, face mask are mandatory throughout the spa.
Please maintain physical distancing from other guests whenever possible.
Only persons receiving service are allowed in the spa, so we ask that you not bring any guests.
All treatment rooms will be thoroughly sanitized using EPA-registered disinfectants after each guest including any surfaces that guests may touch.
All linens and sheets are sanitized. All payments will be handled in contactless manner.
Floor and hard surfaces will be frequently wiped, mopped, and sanitized during operational hours.
We will provide hand sanitizer throughout the spa and will highly encourage all guests to use hand sanitizer as frequent as possible.
